Lathe?

Does anyone work at a shop or have a lathe that can turn down some bolts to look like these?  I think the bolt is 1-1/8".  There is a narrow shank right at the bolt head, so I'll have to get them threaded down too.

I'd put something funny here, but you probably wouldn't get it anyway...

Yes
I cut sheetmetal for free.  It's fixing it that get's expensive.

I got more info.  It's a 7/8" bolt turned down to 5/8".  Would also need a die to thread down within 1/16" of the bolt head.  Thread is 14 TPI.  Bolt length is 2-1/4".
I'd put something funny here, but you probably wouldn't get it anyway...
