Something a Little Different
« on: 04/12/08 - 12:45PM »
We built these rocker panels for a customer that has nicknamed his Jeep "Badhabit"

Finished them up last night.

Cut from 3/16" plate & then formed on our press brake.

I designed them to tie into the body mount for added support.

1.5" Tube Steps with integrated 1/8" Dimple Died Plate.

If you need a cad file for the TJ's that style we could figure something out.  I have one that ties into the frame the same way already laid out and have had them cut and broke.  I actually have both of them (YJ and TJ) laid out in Inventor.
I cut sheetmetal for free.  It's fixing it that get's expensive.

Thanks for the props everyone. 8)

We'll be running a production run of the YJ rocker panels soon.  They will be exactly the same except they will have our "KORE" logo cut into them.
