***JEEP CHEROKEE STOLEN*** FOUND now with pics

LAST NIGHT 7-16 AT FAST N FRENDLY ON CHESTNUT AND MAIN AT 11:30PM IN SPRINGFIELD, MY BROTHERS 95 JEEP CHEROKEE WAS STOLEN. HE LEFT IT RUN WHEN HE WENT INSIDE AND SOMEONE STOLE IT. IF ANYONE SEES IT PLEASE CONTACT THE POLICE (911). HIS JEEP STANDS OUT GOING DOWN THE ROAD. IT SHOULD BE EASY TO SPOT. I WILL TRY TO POST SOME PICS WHEN I GET HOME.

1995 4 DOOR CHEROKEE
BRIGHT RED WITH BLACK ON THE BOTTOM (RHINO LINER)
LARGE ROOF RACK ON TOP WITH SPARE TIRE ON IT
3 INCH LIFT WITH 32 INCH TIRES
BLACK ROCK CRAWLER WHEELS
TINTED WINDOWS
LARGE DENT IN THE LEFT FRONT FENDER

ANY HELP WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPERICATED! HE REALLY NEEDS THIS THING BACK, IT HAS ALL HIS TOOLS FOR WORK IN IT AND IT IS HIS ONLY VEHICLE.

Jason sure does have some bad luck when it comes to things getting stolen.  I'll keep a look out for it.

Hey - tell him that anything cool that he has he can bring it to my house and I will give it back to him in  a couple of months.  That way he can do without it and then get it back.  It will be a better deal than not getting it back and he won't have anything to steal!

I am glad that they found it.  (Interested in if his tools were still there or any damage to the Jeep.)

Tom said Jason found some of his tools at a pawn shop here in town.  Since the dumb arses pawned them in town they had to make a copy of their ID.  Pawn shop called Jason's work because the tools had their name on them.  They called the PoPo and the hunt ensued.

Tell Jason it's just another reason to quit smoking... Glad he's getting the Jeep and some tools back.

They found a few of his tools. I still don't know about the condition of the Jeep yet. He is having it towed to my work so we can go over it and make sure nothing is wrong. The police said someone has tampered with the ignition. I will let you know when it gets here.
I am just glad the found it the Jeep. It seems like they never find stolen property.

SPD is making a point that the pawn shop ID thing works.  If it weren't for that, Jason would probably never have seen his Jeep again.  I'm surprised it wasn't on the news last night.

I found out that he got a few tools back because a local pawn shop called his work. One of the tools belonged to them and had their number on the tool, that was the only reason the pawn shop called. To make it worse he had to buy the tools from the pawn shop. If he didn't pay for them, they were going to make he wait until court, over 30 days. The id thing at the pawn shop did help and SPD made an arrest yesterday. He is going to go to other pawn shops and try to find more of his tools. I still haven't seen the jeep yet.
